Booking & Payment

How do I book a car? Contact us via WhatsApp (+995 591 946 177) or Telegram (@eigerman). Send us your dates and preferred car type - we’ll confirm availability and price.

Do I need to pay a deposit? No. We don’t require any deposit. You pay only the rental fee - no card holds, no cash collateral.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept cash (USD, EUR, GEL) and bank transfer. No credit card required.

Can I book in advance? Yes. We recommend booking at least 2–3 days ahead during summer season (June–September). Off-season, same-day booking is usually available.

Documents & Requirements

What documents do I need to rent a car? A valid driver’s license and your passport. We accept international driving permits and most national licenses.

Is there a minimum age to rent? You must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.

Do I need an international driving permit? Georgia accepts most foreign driver’s licenses for tourists. An international driving permit is recommended but not always required.

The Car & Driving

Is mileage unlimited? Yes. Every rental includes unlimited mileage. Drive anywhere in Georgia - Batumi to Tbilisi and back - with no extra charge.

What cars do you have? We have 25+ vehicles including economy sedans, SUVs, and 4x4s. Our most popular vehicle is the Subaru Forester.

Can I drive to other cities in Georgia? Absolutely. You can drive anywhere within Georgia - Tbilisi, Kutaisi, Mestia, or wherever you’d like to go.

Can I take the car outside Georgia? Cross-border travel (to Turkey, Armenia, etc.) requires prior arrangement. Contact us to discuss.

What fuel does the car use, and is fuel included? Most of our cars run on petrol. Fuel is not included - you receive the car with a certain fuel level and return it at the same level.

Delivery & Pickup

Do you deliver to Batumi airport? Yes. Airport delivery is free. Send us your flight number and arrival time, and we’ll meet you at the terminal.

Do you deliver to my hotel or Airbnb? Yes. Free delivery anywhere in Batumi city.

Can I pick up in Batumi and drop off in Tbilisi? One-way rentals are possible for an additional fee. Contact us for pricing.

What are your working hours? We’re available 24/7 for airport pickups. Regular delivery hours are 8:00–22:00.

Insurance & Safety

Is insurance included? Yes. Basic insurance (liability and collision) is included in every rental.

What happens if the car breaks down? Call us immediately. We’ll arrange roadside assistance or a replacement vehicle.

What if I get in an accident? Contact us right away. Basic insurance covers most situations. You’re responsible for damage caused by negligent driving or violation of rental terms.
